The True Way Has Been Persecuted Since Ancient Times

Most pastors and elders in religious circles say things like, “If Eastern Lightning is the true way, why is it so oppressed, persecuted, and condemned by the CCP government?” What they mean by that is that if it is the true way, the Chinese government won’t do these things. Is this perspective in line with the truth, or in line with the facts of God’s work? Think back to when the Lord Jesus had just come into the world. And when the Lord Jesus appeared and began working, the Pharisees saw more and more of the Jewish believers were following Him, and out of fear for their status and living, they had Jesus arrested and sent him to the Roman prefect, Pilate. Pilate knew that the Lord Jesus hadn’t committed any crimes, but wanting to maintain his own rule and status, he cooperated with the Pharisees to have Jesus nailed to the cross. Clearly, those in power only treasure status and power; they have no love for the truth. Their essence is of hating God and the truth. From the time the Lord Jesus was born to when He officially began His work, He constantly suffered the condemnation and oppression of the ruling party and the Jewish leaders. Even His apostles and disciples were madly condemned, arrested, persecuted, and even martyred by the rulers and Pharisees when they were spreading the gospel of the heavenly kingdom. But now who would dare say that the Lord Jesus wasn’t the true God, that His work wasn’t the true way? Based on the outlook of the religious pastors and elders, shouldn’t the Lord Jesus’ work also be condemned? So, this speculation of theirs doesn’t remotely hold water and is nothing but a human notion and imagining. It runs entirely contrary to the truth and to God’s work—it’s an absurd viewpoint.

The Origin of Eastern Lightning’s Prosperity

The mention of Eastern Lightning perplexes many brothers and sisters in the Lord: Why is it that as the religious community as a whole becomes increasingly desolate and degenerate, as each denomination becomes increasingly guarded and conservative in condemning and banishing Eastern Lightning, not only does Eastern Lightning not become desolate or ebb, but surges like an unstoppable, billowing wave, sweeping across mainland China, and now that it has even expanded beyond China’s borders to foreign countries and regions, and is being accepted by more and more people worldwide? Faced with this fact, the religious people are thoroughly puzzled, while in fact the reason is quite simple: What the various denominations call Eastern Lightning is the returned Savior Jesus of the last days, riding down from the heavens upon a “white cloud”; it is the practical God Himself, who has returned to flesh! For now, we will first have a simple fellowship on these rumors so that our brothers and sisters can clearly see their substance, and have clear discernment regarding who is really spreading them, what the motivations are behind their fabrication, and what goal they want to achieve.

What’s the Origin of Eastern Lightning?

We are now in the last days, the prophecies of the Lord’s return have basically been fulfilled, and thousands upon thousands of pious believers are fervently hoping for the Lord Jesus’ return. Through seeking and investigating the words and work of Almighty God, many people confirm that Almighty God is the returned Lord Jesus, and one after another they come before Almighty God. This has thrown pastors and elders of the religious world as well as the CCP government into a panic; they collude together to suppress and outlaw Eastern Lightning, fabricating many rumors and savagely condemning and vilifying Eastern Lightning as heresy. They do all they can to obstruct and harass sincere believers who want to seek and investigate the appearance and work of Almighty God in the last days. The historical tragedy of the Jewish religious world allying itself with the Roman government to cruelly oppress the Lord Jesus is being played out again.
